Who we are

InnerSapience is operated by Darwinian Angel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

• Account data — your email and authentication identifiers.
• Usage content — the prompts, AI answers and notes you submit for analysis, and the receipts those produce.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we receive only the metadata needed to manage your plan.
• Technical data — minimal logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) used to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To deliver the analysis, scoring and rewrite features you ask for.
• To maintain your account, receipts, statistics and billing.
• To debug, monitor and secure the service.
• To send you essential service emails. We do not send marketing without your opt-in.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train foundation models.

Who processes it

We rely on a small set of trusted subprocessors:

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, edge functions.
• AI Gateway providers — large language model inference for analysis and rewrites. Prompts are processed; not retained for training under our agreements.
• Stripe — payment processing.

Retention

Receipts and account data are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting reasons. You can delete individual receipts at any time, and request full account deletion by email.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use the minimum cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

InnerSapience is not intended for children under 16.
