Terms of Service

1. What InnerSapience is
InnerSapience is a reasoning companion for AI answers. It helps you reveal, test and improve the reasoning behind an AI answer at a depth that fits the stakes. It is not an AI detector, not a fact checker, and not a replacement for professional advice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Keep your email and password secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use InnerSapience to break the law, infringe rights, attack the service, attempt to extract other users' data, or send content that is unlawful, harmful, or designed to mislead. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts, answers and notes you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver and improve the service for you. We do not sell your content. We do not train foundation models on it.
5. AI outputs
Analyses, scores and rewrites are produced by automated systems and can be wrong. Treat them as one input to your judgement, not a verdict. You are responsible for any decision you take based on them.
6. Payment
Paid plans and one-off upgrades are billed via our payment processor. Charges, refunds and renewals are described at checkout. You can cancel a recurring plan from your billing page at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
7. Service changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. If a material change affects a paid plan you hold, we will give reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerSapience and Darwinian Angel Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
